Airborne Magnetics
Elliott Geophysics has had extensive experience
in planning and supervising airborne magnetic and radiometric surveys.
The office in Jakarta has full data processing facilities, for processing
data from raw form through to the final product. Processing includes
micro-levelling and grid-stitching.
For processing old data sets a 9 track tape drive can be provided
at short notice. All other modern forms of media such as exabyte
tapes, CD's, and diskettes are currently supported. Plots can be
produced in large format up to A0 width, and as long as you like.
Or if you just want a glossy A4 in photo quality, that also can
be provided.
Quality Control is one of our specialties. We have
completed QC work for a limited number of oil companies, and for
numerous mineral exploration projects. The example on this page
shows what can happen as a result of poor QC.

Image Processing is a good way to present data.
Why put up with old contour style presentations when you can have
one presented in solid colour and at high resolution? We currently
run Ermapper in conjunction with Intrepid to get the best results.
Radiometrics can be presented as ratios and ternary
plots as well as the individual components. Let us check your calibration
factors. Are they right? We can lay the radiometrics over the Digital
Terrain Model to identify correlations with topography and thereby
eliminate false alteration anomalies.
